Credit Card Gateway Changes

Dear 247 Hosting,

Great news – 24/7 Hosting has just simplified our credit card payment system!

If you currently pay your invoices by credit card then please read this email carefully. If you are currently paying by Bank Transfer – you can freely disregard this email – although if you do read it, you may well WANT to pay by credit card! 

With the new processing gateway, payment by credit card is very simple. In your secure client area (our servers and related systems are 100% PCI compliant) you merely need to enter your credit card details once, and that's it! The system will do the rest.

Specifically, on the date that the invoice is due, the amount of the invoice will be deducted from your credit card automatically. You will no longer need to open each invoice, click the ‘Pay Now’ button and go offsite to submit a payment through the Paymate website. This is now all handled internally and securely through the 24/7 systems. (If you still prefer to make each credit card payment manually, you can remove your credit card details from your client area at any time).

Here Are The Changes You Will Need To Make If You Currently Pay By Credit Card

Login to your client area (https://support.247hosting.co.nz/clientarea.php) and enter your email address and password as normal.

Once you have logged in – you will see an ‘Update Your Details’ link (in the centre of the page). Click on this, and then click “Change Credit Card Details”. Enter your credit card type, number and expiry date – and that is all you have to do!

(Please note – if you are making a change to pay by credit card instead of by Bank Transfer, you will also need to contact us so we can make an account setting change on your behalf).
